Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a fixed price for training throughout mainland UK. This covers everything – there are no extra costs for travel, certificates or anything else. Contact us to find out more.

We don’t offer this for one simple reason – the training we deliver can make the difference between life and death. Would you trust a pilot or a brain surgeon who’d been trained online? Neither would we, which is why we include plenty of hands-on practice.

We ask that you keep a whole day free. It will normally start at 9-00am and finish mid-afternoon, but we keep the extra time in case any attendees want or need to repeat any part of the training. We also include a Q&A session at the end of the training.

All of our trainers are highly qualified and experienced in the provision of emergency medical support.

Don’t trust us, just read the feedback!

Our training is valid for one year from completion.

We usually train you at your premises. In addition to saving you time and being convenient for you, we believe it’s best to be trained in the environment where you may need to use the skills taught, although hopefully you won’t ever need to use them.

This will vary depending on the course. ILS training is 7 hours of CPD, whereas BLS is 4 hours of CPD.
